Camp Piggot (August 2014)

Summer Camp Piggot (Aug 3-9) 5073

Several scouts from Troop 598 headed to Monroe, Wash., for a week of summer camp activity at BSA Camp Piggot. Counselors Noah and  Steffan helped ensure the scouts had a great time throughout the week. The list of the merit badges worked on included Cooking, Computers, Environmental Science, Canoeing, Archery, Orienteering, Pioneering, Emergency Preparedness, Fingerprinting, Art … and a lot more!  Troop 598 worked hard to be one of the elite groups at camp by participating in a wide variety of skill areas, attending chapel services, having excellent inspections (rated better than 100 points average during the week) and helping shore up the hillside at the waterfront area. It was a great week and hopefully the following photos will help share the fun and team spirit of summer camp.
