Bhargav: My Eagle Project was a two-stage process. The first step was pouring a 2-ton concrete base to help secure the chess table, and the second step was mounting the chess table on top of the concrete pad. My project took 3 full days to complete, and with the help of my parents, Project Coach, and the Scouts of Troop 598, we were able to successfully install a chess table at Bradley Lake Park.

Troop 598 held a Court of Honor Oct. 13 at Karshner Elementary in Puyallup. Many of the merit badges presented were earned by the boys who went to summer camp and those that worked on sessions throughout the summer break. Some scouts were advanced in rank, but the highlight of the meeting was presenting three Eagle Scout awards.
